The Health Habit fitness center has been at the same location for over 20 years. We are a community club with 8000 square feet of:
-cardio machines
-aerobic classes
-free weights and weight machines.
-tanning beds and sauna for relaxation
-personal training
-Aerobics/step classes
Our mission here at The Health Habit is to provide a fun, clean and safe place for you to maintain and/or improve your health. When you join our club you will get a complimentary session with a personal trainer to get you off to a great start. We are committed to helping you develop “healthy habits” in nutrition and fitness.
